KLEENTEK: Colorimetric Patch Analyzer (CPA) is a tool used to analysis oil conditions, using transmiting and reflective light technology. 

 

Developed in collaboration with KLEENTEK Corp., Japan - this Colorimetric Patch Analyzer ("CPA") together with KLEENTEK: Electrostatic Oil Cleaner ('EOC') offered a total solutions for your varnish problems for Gas Turbine Oils.

 

Colorimetric Patch Analyzer ('CPA') unit is used to study the contaminant by colour. Developed by Dr. Sasaki, previously from KLEENTEK Corp., Japan - who is well known scientist in the industry who have done intensive study on oil oxidation products.

Operating Principles: Colorimetric Patch Analyzer ('CPA')

SUMMARY:   

  1. CPA determine the level of oil contamination found on the membrane patch from the level of transmiting and reflection light from the measure of the colour of contaminants collected on the surfaceat the membrane patch.

  2. Using historical data of contamination control of hydraulic & lubricating fluid, the conditions of the oil will be judged using the square root of the RGB values.                                                                                       

This model of KLEENTEK: Colorimetric Patch Analyzer ("CPA") is designed to provide an alternative method to study the level of oil contamination by colour - emission and reflection from the cellulose membrane patch.
