Requirements
Opening Position: In-House Legal Counsel (Junior)
You will be required to work laterally across multiple division (Centre of Excellence; Founder Office; Commercial & Technical Delivery) within the organization.
You will be reporting to: Head of Legal – Situated in the Founder Office
Role & Responsibilities:
Candidate would need to be familiar with commercial contracts,
employment law and regulatory compliance
Candidate would be required to advise the company on legal rights,
liabilities and risk to support business acquisition and strategy
Candidate would be need to be familiar in managing dispute,
intellectual property and corporate governance.
You will be required to facilitate commercial objectives by partnering
with stakeholders, advising senior management on their legal rights,
and mitigating liabilities.
Candidate with experienced from the notable brands (i.e. Big 4 legal
circle & Norton Rose Fulbright).
Required Academic Qualification & Skillsets:
− A recognized and accredited law degree (LLB)
− Contract Management
− Compliance & Risk Management
− Corporate Secretarial
− Dispute Resolution
− Manage legal disputes and liaising with external counsel
− Legal Research
