About the Role
This is a full-time hybrid role that requires an individual to be based in Singapore. This is an individual contributor – and you will be required to be responsible for the publishing, and screening of resume of all of the candidate.
Although this is a hybrid role – you would be required to be physically present in the office majority during official working hours – unless otherwise stated.
You will report and take direction from the Head of HR.
Requirements
Candidate would be required to be familiar with the compensation structure as well as all associated regulatory framework of employee’s employment policies.
Candidate would be required to structure, design the job opening description while adhering to our non-discrimintory hiring practice and be familiar with any other MOM's hiring practice.
For this role, candidate would not be required to be have any prior experience - but would need to be well-versed in MS Office and other digital HR platform (i.e. indeed; LinkedIn as well as our own in-house propiertary software).
